Return and Refund Policy

At Romantika, we value your trust and aim to provide an exceptional fragrance shopping experience. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy ensures a transparent and convenient process

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be:

●     Unused and unopened.
 

●     In its original packaging with all protective seals intact.
 

●     In the same condition as received.
 

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or partially used perfume bottles cannot be returned.

2. Initiating a Return

To start the return process:

1.    Email us at info@romantika.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
 

2.    Our team will review your request and send return instructions along with the return address.
 

3.    Carefully repack the item in its original box and use a trackable courier service to return it.
 

We advise retaining proof of postage until your return is processed.

3. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged, faulty, or incorrect. For approved cases of our error, we will bear the return postage or send a prepaid label.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it. If approved, we will initiate your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note:

●     Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
 

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
 

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an unopened item for another fragrance, please contact our team before returning it. Exchanges are processed once we receive and verify the returned product.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange an immediate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

●     Opened or used perfume bottles.
 

●     Gift cards or promotional samples.
 

●     Personalized or custom orders.
 

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days of approval, please first check with your bank or credit card provider. If the issue persists, contact us at info@romantika.co.uk, and we’ll be happy to assist.

9. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
