Our shipping policy is designed to provide a seamless experience from the moment you place your order to when your parcel arrives at your doorstep.

1. Order Processing
Once your order is placed, our team immediately begins preparing it for dispatch. Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). During festive seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer, but rest assured that we always prioritise timely deliveries.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details and a tracking link once your parcel is shipped.
2. Shipping Charges
At Romantika, we proudly offer Free Standard Shipping across the UK on all orders unless otherwise stated. There are no hidden fees—what you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.
For customers outside the UK, international shipping rates are calculated based on destination, weight, and courier service. Any customs duties or taxes applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Delivery Timelines
● UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
● UK Express Delivery (optional): 1–2 business days after dispatch.
● Europe & International Orders: Usually 7–14 business days, depending on the courier network and local customs clearance.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates. Factors like weather conditions, postal delays, or customs inspections can occasionally affect transit times.
4. Packaging and Quality
We understand that perfume bottles require delicate handling. Every order is carefully wrapped in protective packaging to prevent leaks or breakage. We ensure that all items leave our warehouse in perfect condition.
5. Tracking and Notifications
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS update with your tracking information. You can monitor the real-time movement of your parcel through our courier partner’s portal.
6. Failed Deliveries or Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing the order. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (an additional shipping fee may apply).
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
In the rare event that your parcel arrives damaged or fails to reach you within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team at info@romantika.co.uk within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will promptly investigate and, if confirmed, send a replacement or issue a refund.
8. International Shipping Notice
International customers may experience additional customs inspections and duties. These charges are beyond our control and vary by destination. Please verify import regulations for perfumes in your country before placing an order.
